About Our Processing System

Our asynchronous worker platform efficiently processes prediction requests using Celery distributed task queue. Each request is handled by specialized workers dedicated to specific prediction types:

  • Single Sequence predictions
  • Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) analysis
  • ShiftCrypt predictions
Time limits: every prediction task has:
  • Soft time limit: 890s
  • Hard time limit: 900s
  • Up to 3 attempts, unless the job ran out of time — a retry gets the same limit, so it is not retried

View and manage the prediction jobs saved under your current token.

Jobs are kept for one year. Each job — your input, its results and every file made from them — is deleted 365 days after it was submitted, and cannot be recovered after that. Download what you want to keep: every result page offers the input, the results as JSON and as CSV. Each job shows the date it will be deleted on its result page and on My predictions.
This policy is new: nothing is deleted before 1 February 2027. Jobs submitted more than a year before that date are deleted on that day. Details.
