About Our Processing System

Our asynchronous worker platform efficiently processes prediction requests using Celery distributed task queue. Each request is handled by specialized workers dedicated to specific prediction types:

  • Single Sequence predictions
  • Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) analysis
  • ShiftCrypt predictions
Time Limits: Each prediction task has:
  • Soft timeout: 20 minutes
  • Hard timeout: 20 minutes, 10 seconds
  • Max retries: 3 attempts
